DevOps Services That Leave You With Infrastructure Your Own Team Can Run
Plenty of DevOps engagements end with an impressive platform and a team who cannot operate it. The consultants leave, the Terraform drifts, someone applies a change by hand, and eighteen months later you are paying to have it untangled.
We optimize for the handover. Standard tools, documented decisions, runbooks written as we go, and a period where your engineers drive with ours on call. If you cannot run it without us, we did the job badly.
CI / CD pipeline
- Commit Application code
- Test gates Build, scan, QA
- Staging Same as prod
- Production Minutes, not nights
Code, infrastructure as code and compliance go into the pipeline. Automated deploys, observability and a lower cloud bill come out. Standard tools, documented decisions, runbooks written as we go.

From Deployment Delays to Continuous Delivery
As a DevOps services company, we bridge the gap between development speed and operational stability. These are the symptoms we get called about.
Deployments are an evening event
Releases happen on a Thursday night with three people on a call and a rollback plan nobody has tested. So releases become rare, which makes each one bigger and riskier.
The cloud bill grows faster than usage
Nobody can attribute spend to a team or a feature, so nothing gets switched off. Oversized instances, forgotten environments and storage nobody has looked at since 2023.
Customers report outages first
Monitoring covers CPU and disk but not whether the thing users actually do still works. You find out from a support ticket, which is the most expensive alerting system available.
One person knows how it works
The infrastructure is in one engineer's head. They cannot take a proper holiday, and their notice period is an existential risk to the company.
Environments that do not match
Staging differs from production in ways nobody has documented, so testing proves less than everyone assumes and bugs appear only after release.
Compliance evidence assembled by hand
SOC 2 or ISO audit season means a fortnight of screenshots and spreadsheets, every year, because nothing generates evidence automatically.
The cloud bill is usually the easiest to fix and the easiest to justify internally, which is why it is often the right place to start even when it is not the biggest problem. A 30 percent reduction pays for the rest of the work.

Six engagement shapes. Most teams start with the review or the cost work and expand.
Infrastructure review
A short engagement producing a current-state assessment, a prioritized risk list and a costed remediation plan. Vendor-neutral and yours to act on with any provider, including your own team.
What you get
- Architecture and security assessment
- Prioritized risk register
- Costed remediation roadmap
CI/CD and release engineering
Getting from monthly, nervous releases to daily, boring ones. Automated pipelines, proper test gates, staged rollouts and a rollback that has actually been exercised rather than documented.
What you get
- Automated build, test and deploy
- Staged rollout and instant rollback
- Deploy time cut to minutes
Infrastructure as code
Terraform or Pulumi for everything, so environments are reproducible and drift is visible. Usually the first thing we do, because nothing else is reliable while infrastructure is edited by hand in a console.
What you get
- All environments in code
- Drift detection in CI
- Reproducible from scratch
Cloud cost optimization
Rightsizing, commitment planning, storage lifecycle, orphaned resource cleanup and per-team attribution. We typically find 20 to 40 percent, and the tagging work is what makes it stay found.
What you get
- Per-team and per-service attribution
- Rightsizing and commitment plan
- Typical 20-40% reduction
Observability and on-call
Metrics, logs and traces that answer whether users can do the thing, plus alerts that only fire when a human needs to act. Alert fatigue is an outage waiting to happen.
What you get
- SLOs defined with you
- Alerts tied to user impact
- On-call runbooks written
Security and compliance automation
Policy as code, secrets management, vulnerability scanning in CI, and evidence generated continuously rather than assembled in a panic before an audit.
What you get
- Secrets out of code and config
- Scanning gates in the pipeline
- Audit evidence generated automatically

AI in the delivery pipeline
There is a lot of noise about AIOps. Some of it is real, most of it is a dashboard with a new label. Here is what we have found actually holds up in production.
- Log and trace triage Clustering thousands of similar errors into a handful of distinct problems, and surfacing the one that started twenty minutes before the alert fired. This genuinely shortens incident investigation, which is where most MTTR actually goes.
- Cost anomaly detection Spotting the spend pattern that changed before it becomes a month-end surprise. A forgotten test environment or a runaway job is obvious in hindsight and nearly invisible in a monthly bill.
- Runbook and IaC generation Drafting runbooks from actual incident history and generating Terraform from existing infrastructure. Both save real time, and both get reviewed by an engineer before anything is trusted.
- Config and policy review Reviewing IaC changes against your policies before merge, catching the public S3 bucket or the overly broad IAM role at pull request rather than at audit.
What we do not do is let an AI system take remediation actions in production unsupervised. It suggests, a human approves, and the action is logged. Anyone selling you fully autonomous production remediation is selling you an incident with better branding.

E-Commerce
We create scalable commerce platforms that turn visitors into repeat buyers. Custom storefronts, secure payment gateways, inventory and returns handling, all built to hold up through peak season rather than only in January.
Education
Whether it is an LMS, a virtual classroom or interactive learning tools, we build platforms that keep learners engaged. SCORM-compliant content, gamified modules and real-time performance tracking are all covered.
Media & Entertainment
We build for video streaming, audio platforms, AR and VR content and mobile games, with the performance and scalability that immersive, high-traffic experiences demand.
Travel and Recreation
Booking engines, guest apps and attraction platforms for hotels, tours and recreation operators. Peak-season traffic, live inventory and multi-currency checkout are designed in from the start.
How We Work
Four stages, with the cheapest one first. If discovery says the project should not go ahead, you hear it in week one rather than month six.
Discover & Align
We begin by evaluating your workflows, existing systems and business objectives to identify the gaps that actually cost you time. Clear goals, risk mitigation and measurable benchmarks are agreed before any implementation begins.
Design & Architect
We design secure, scalable architecture aligned to your operational and compliance requirements. The focus stays on integration contracts, data modelling, security posture and the non-functional targets we will be held to.
Build & Integrate
Delivery runs in two-week sprints with a working demo at the end of each, integrated with your existing applications rather than beside them. You get a staging environment from the first sprint.
Optimize & Scale
After launch we monitor performance, reliability, cost and security posture, then refine to improve efficiency and long-term agility. Most clients expand scope during this phase rather than before it.

Frequently Asked Questions
-
The infrastructure review is free. A dedicated senior platform engineer is $4,800 a month, about £3,800. Managed DevOps with an SLA starts at $3,200 a month. Most transformation engagements run three to five months.
-
We typically find 20 to 40 percent, mostly through rightsizing, commitment planning, storage lifecycle policies and switching off things nobody owns. The free review gives you a specific estimate for your account. Occasionally the answer is that your bill is already tight, and we say so.
-
Probably not, and that is an unusual thing for a DevOps vendor to say. Kubernetes earns its place with genuine multi-service complexity or scaling requirements. For a single application, managed container services or even a well-configured VM setup is cheaper to run and far cheaper to be on call for.
-
The cost work usually shows up on the following month's bill. Deploy frequency and lead time improve meaningfully by week eight, once infrastructure as code and CI/CD are in place. We baseline DORA metrics at the start so the improvement is a number rather than a feeling.
-
That is the explicit goal. We pair rather than deliver in isolation, use only standard tooling, write runbooks as we go, and finish with a shadow on-call period where your team drives. If you cannot run it without us, we did the job badly.
-
Scoped, time-boxed credentials in your own accounts, with all activity logged. We do not ask for root or permanent admin keys, and you should be wary of any vendor that does.
-
Yes, the technical half. Policy as code, secrets management, vulnerability scanning in CI, access reviews and evidence generated continuously rather than assembled the fortnight before an audit. We are not an auditor and will not sign anything off.
-
Yes, as a tier on the managed DevOps plan. For many teams a business-hours SLA with a documented escalation path is sufficient and considerably cheaper, and we will tell you which you actually need.
-
Some of it is. Log and trace clustering genuinely shortens incident investigation, and cost anomaly detection catches spend changes before month-end. What we will not do is let an AI system take remediation actions in production unsupervised. It suggests, a human approves, everything is logged.
-
Usually whichever one your team already knows. Migration costs are real and the feature differences rarely justify them. If you are starting fresh, AWS has the deepest ecosystem, Azure fits Microsoft-heavy estates, and GCP is strong for data workloads.
-
Frequently, and it is often the best arrangement. We come in for a specific capability, or to give an independent view of work already in flight. We will tell you honestly where we think your team already has it right.
-
Deployment frequency, lead time for changes, change failure rate and time to restore service. They are the most reliable available measure of delivery health, they are hard to game, and reporting them monthly keeps the engagement accountable to something other than our own opinion.
